Iphone 5s bugs while rebooting

Good night! Today I my phone bugged so I tried to reboot it, but the screen turnet black and blue. It stays like this for a while and then it turns off. I was on iOS 10, but after this I decided to uptade but still happens the same thing. Does this ever happened to anyone? Should I be worried?

It seems like in iOS 10 (at least the iOS 10 updates so far) when resetting the phone, at some point when the phone is turning off before turning back on this type of glitch happens for a moment or so.
