iPhone 5s Logicboard problem

Hi, I have an iPhone 5s That after some time of sort duration of each battery charge doesnt turn on anymore.
I took it to a local store and they said me that it is a IC on the Logicboard with a problem or something like That...
Can someone give the contact of some place That does board repair to other contries That doesnt have this crazy prices of my country.
