Hi,

I have tried everything in the accessibility settings but every time I receive a call when I pick it up via 'Iphone' it seems to also be looking to connect to a bluetooth device, therefore I can never hear the caller. The receiver/speakers work fine with music etc, and I can put the phone on speakerphone/headphones no problem.

My software is all up to date (iOS 11.2.5). I have also turned the phone on and off again to no avail.

Thank you!

Jim

A device in the vicinity may be causing the problem. A few options are:

Power down the device
Disconnect Bluetooth from the device
Turn off Bluetooth on your phone
