Today i replaced the old iphone 6 battery which had about 700 charging cycles, processor speed - max 600 MHz instead of 1400, and Antutu 48000, now with new, no-name china made battery which has 0 cycles, i have only 848 MHz extreme CPU frequency, is it normal?

Man. You should have Apple replace the battery. Only Apple has the magic of retrying your iPhone to normal.
Why are you still using iPhone 6? You should upgrade to X already. It is the best phone made by human race ever, that notch is sexist thing ever. Everybody with throttled phone should get X.

It is bettery. Not harcore technology. I don't think it matters with who made the battery.
I've had OEM and non-OEM batteries installed and the difference is very noticeable. Maybe it's just me.
Some no name battery will false advertising the capacity. It maybe advertising 3000mAh battery but it only really have 1500mAh.
Yes. The difference once can be very noticeable. But it should not power on the phone.
Depends on how Apple code the iOS and the algorithm for determine throttling.
New battery regardless who made the battery should not triger throttling
P.S. it could very well be iOS detect battery is not original Apple battery. So it iOS decide to throttling the phone. This could be very well next scandals
Guys there are so many countries in the world where you can find nothing original from Apple, so we are using what we have, and believe me in some cases we pay more money for it then you in US or somewhere for Apple original, in this case i paid 40$ for this piese of ... 
Why apple use the same batteries. when they used Samsung batteries they had no problems.
This. Those batteries are a waste of money and time. You were probably better off with the original Apple battery.

I used to replace my own batteries. Never found a source for reliable batteries that performed at OEM level.
apples batteries aren't always that great either. My original 6 battery lasted 2 years before it could hold a charge for more than half a day. The replacement done by Apple didn't last 10 months before I had problems.
Hopefully this Yontex I got from Amazon can make it a whole year so I can survive until the X-S2 comes out.
Some China batterries are crap but most are fine at least in my past experiences with them. I thought Apple used China batteries as their OEM anyway. I'd be more inclined to think the phone reads it's a no name non OEM and doesn't accept it. In light of recent revelations regarding Apple iPhone throttling practices I would not be at all surprised. And.... Not everyone is in close enough proximity to an Apple store to take advantage of the cheap swap out so what can they do? Mail off their phone and wait? Or is that even doable?
Exactly. You need an Apple branded battery that talks to the CPU as it should. It's $30 only... why not do it through Apple?
Apple iPhone battery should be changed at least every 2 to 3 months to be on the safe side.

Yes but they are a bit more selective about not choosing some battery company that popped up overnight that has zero QC and a poorly designed battery.
Are you kidding? Sure, the vendor's name doesn't appear, but Apple is obsessively concerned about the quality of the parts it selects for use in its products. Apple's battery vendor(s) may, almost certainly do, manufacture other product ranges that include superficially identically spec'd batteries, but Apple is very careful about components and manufacturers. "Made in China" comes in thousands of different shades.
