Hello guys,

my earpiece speaker on my iPhone 6s is very, very quiet. I compared it to my friends iPhone 6+ and that one has at least double the volume.

I tried:

- disable Noise Cancellation
- activate Hearing Aid
- Reset All Settings
- Cleaning it with a toothbrush

Still it is very low volume. I didn't try to Restore the phone. I'm not sure if it would make a difference and I don't want to put the effort in restoring it. (if that's the solution I'll do it of course)

I'm still on warranty, but the premium Apple Repair Store says they can't replace it since my display has a little crack on the top left.

Any ideas on that one?

Appreciate any advice given.
Thank you!

It was an apple certified shop. They told me, if they'd take off the screen, it could break more, because of the crack.
I now tried to restore my phone and set it up as a new one. That aswell didn't help.
