iPhone 6S wakeup issue

My 6S running iOS 10.3.3 sometimes doesn't want to wake up, on first press. For example, I press power button to wake up, nothing... Then I press the home button couple of seconds after and it takes a screenshot. I remember having this issue before, on my 5S. My 6S is 3-4 months old.

This has happened to me quite frequently, hard rest solves the problem.
