iPhone 7/Plus iPhone 7 & Apple ID

Hello

I am having problems with my iPhone 7 and the apple login.

I am signed in to iCloud but when I go to settings to view account it loops asking for password, the odd time I can actually get into the account settings I click on view purchase history but I cannot go further as it just keeps looping with the asking for password.

I can open the app store and see the apps that have been downloaded but I cant access the purchase history as it just keeps looping wanting the password. The password is correct as I logged into icloud.com

I am not having this issue on my 2020 SE, it seems to be only with the 7... I reset the phone and it has not fixed it.

You could try logging out of all your accounts/devices then just login on the 7 to see if that does something.
