iPhone 7/Plus iphone 7 Display issues?

Guys - can somebody take a look at this video and comment if this could be related to the aftermarket screen I got 2 weeks ago on my iphone 7. It only happens when I press the back space button to erase a few alphabets

Looks like a display or a cable issue.. I'd take it back and have them figure it out
