iPhone 7/Plus iPhone 7+ issue.

I am on Verizon and this issue has happened on two different 7+ phones. I am believing this is a weird Verizon thing. Just curious if anyone else experiences this. Whenever I receive a voicemail I get a jibberish text that is just numbers and weird symbols. When I check said voicemail I receive another jibberish text of numbers and weird symbols. Anyone else??

I’m on Verizon with a 7+ and have never had that happen in my 4 years with this phone. DH had a 7+ for about 2.5 years and never had that happen.

this seems like a rather specific issue. never heard of anything similar.

maybe contact support for apple or verizon (or both too). this seems like something that needs to be handled on that level.
