iPhone 7/Plus iPhone 7 Plus - phone call quality changing mid-call

Hey...

Bought a new iPhone 7 Plus a week ago, and noticed a strange thing happening every now and again on phonecalls.

For example, I just called Apple relating to an order I just placed. The call quality was fine at first, and then all of a sudden sounded distant. Out of curiosity I flicked speakerphone on and off and it fixed the call quality.

I would have put it down to a bad line, but I seem to recall it happening on a call the other day too.

Any ideas what my problem might be?
