iPhone 7/Plus iphone 7 plus sound volume

Hi

I'm coming from an android device. I was wondering if the 7plus has a low sound volume as the 8plus claims to have 25% more volume? I ask this because I mostly use my device on speakers while calling for instance. Now and then I watch a series on it too.

I have a 7 Plus and I wouldn't call it loud but I'd call it adequate for the majority of uses. The only time I wish it were louder is when I'm using it hands free in my car, which is a Jeep Wrangler with a hard top. Those tend to be louder than your average vehicle anyway so I'm sure most cars would be fine.
