I am wondering what the process it for pre-ordering and trading up at the same time. Can I trade-up and get the credit immediately online?
It looked like the website said I'd have to go into a store to get a credit towards my upgrade immediately but I am worried that they'll take my phone on the pre-order date. Is this the case?
