Hi!
My girlfriends iPhone 7 are unable to make calls since updating to iOS 13. Neither the speaker nor the microphone works. The toggle to put the call on speakerphone is greyd out. Vroom the other side of the phone the call just ends within a few seconds.
Some issues with WiFi seems present too.

Since the problem same when updating to iOS 13 I tried to update to the latest ios13.1 beta - same issues.

Any ideas on how to go about?

Restore using Itunes after a complete reset.

If it fails, you can still restore back to 12.4.1 using a IPSW file.

Didn't do the trick. Still not able to make phone calls.

Any other ideas? :(

Try the SIM card in another phone to confirm it is the phone with the problem.
I’ve now tried with headphones, works perfectly fine. So the problem seems to be that the iPhone won’t recognize either the mic nor the speaker... :(

This happened to my 7 about a month ago - calls didn’t work unless I uses my headphones. Unfortunately I had to upgrade as there was no fix.
