Good Afternoon everyone,

Im looking for some advice regarding an ongoing issue a client of mine has.

On an iphone 8, with the latest updates etc, the client is constantly sending emails with incorrect wordings, ie similar words swapped, odd incorrect letter.

I have been through the phone and done the following

1. factory reset everything
2. reset dictionary
3. disabled predictive
4. disabled autocorrect

The issue still seems to persist.

Normally I would instantly put it down to user error, fast typing etc, however this client is a very cautious typer.

Is there anything else I can check or any other possible hardware/software issues that might account for it?

I have spoken to Apple and the mobile network, and apart from the above step, they havent been of any help, as they assume user error.

Any help would be greatly received

Kind Regards

Nick

My wife's 8 had that problem. Her glass screen protector had some micro-cracks and was beginning to lift off a little at the bottom. Replacing the screen protector completely solved the problem.
