iPhone 8 Plus, after Jailbreak + Bypass can't sync with iTunes

Windows 10 here, made a fladh drive with Checkra1n and JB'ed, then used 4MeKey to remove the iCloud lock, I could boot the phone and was able to go on the App store and download all my apps, but when I hook it to my PC and try to sync music, nothing happens. I updated to the latest version of iTunes (64 bit Windows 10) I even tried using Media Monkey. I Googled and didn't find anything helpful here. I was on 13.5, I updated to 13.7 and re did the JB+Bypass and it still doesn't sync music.

What exactly do I need to do so I can sync my music?

Another issue, Siri's not working. When I say hay siri or press the home button it instantly says "sorry can you say that again" I tried rebooting, I tried disabling and reenabling Siri in my settings. I Googled and am not seeing anything. I'm guessing it has something to do with my Jailbreak but I can't find anything helpful to point me how to fix it.
