My wife got a new iPhone 8 at launch (upgraded from a 6s) and she tells me that she is pretty disappointed with it, especially since she claims that the screen keeps freezing up for 5-10 seconds, then returns to normal, using all different types of apps, mail, facebook, pinterest, etc. Finally yesterday, it happened again and I was able to witness it. This should not be happening, i have updated to the latest software and have tried restarting the phone. Any thoughts?... She does have apple care on it and i'm about to call them about it.
