iPhone calls showing up on my Mac FaceTime when I'm not home/on my home wifi network. How?

I was gone from home all day today. I got 2 calls on my iPhone. While NOT HOME/NOT ON HOME WIFI.

I get home and see my Mac with 2 notification on FaceTime. It's the 2 calls I got when I was not home.

How?

(I thought iPhone calls only get forwarded when you are on the same wifi network.)
