I've been lurking around these forums for years and some posts in here were part of my inspiration to write a not-yet-iPhone web app called iPhone Cream. There are a lot of iPhone application lists out there now and right now the main difference with this is it let's users post apps (and ideas for apps) but they don't go directly to the main page. There are going to be thousands of apps (some good and some bad) so I decided to take a Digg-like approach. The users decide what goes on the main page by voting.
Right now there aren't any apps with enough votes to be on the main page (because I haven't marketed the site yet) so you can go straight to the "new" page by clicking here.
I am working on a lot of new stuff for the website but would love to hear your feedback, feature requests, and bug reports.
