How do those guys in YouTube get so much dough to do stress tests on the iPhones ? Sponsorships ? Especially when average folk like us slog day and night just to get even one iPhone.

Some of those YouTube reviewers don't even have to pay for those phones, they purchase strictly for them to destroy them. They have no intention of actually keeping them or using them, only for them to gain views for their YouTube channel.
