iphone hanged

i downloaded a KATE (formerly caterpilar )application of 2.7 mb then applied it .the result is i can open the first page of all applications but on the second page of all applications nothing responds , the scrolling or the page changing tabs like keyboard to contacts or the editing, Pls help is , I have already reset the phone many times also switched it off completely but no change
