Getting this message frequently on a 7 and an 11 model since latest update that supposedly is fixing said problem on the newest models! Phones are obviously NOT HOT...can get message after being turned off for hours!

Anyone else seeing this?

Missinglinq ;)

I have not seen this message yet. It is interesting 🤨 🤔🧐. You may need to contact Apple Support or Genius Bar to get assistance. Good luck 😊

iPhone 7 can't run 17.0.3
As far as the 11, try a restore using iTunes or Finder and setup as new device without using your backup and see if it fixes your issue..

iOS 17 hell continues
My 11 Pro Max has been running fairly cool. It does get warm because of this problem from time to time, but not oven mitt or thermal shutdown warm. I'm also not using it as a substitute for a computer or gaming console so that may be why.

Same here, I have noticed a very slight bit of warmth when charging.
