iphone not working

I get this message

Singleuser boot -- fsck not done
Root device is mounted as read-only

If you want to make modifications to files:
/sbin/fsck -fy
/sbin/mount -um /

If you wish to boot the system:
exit

May 13 07:00:10 lauchd[17]: can't exec
/bin/sh for single user: No such file or
directory

I've got it in recovery mode apparently and am going to restore it, think I fixed my own problem.
