This is my first iPhone application, and hopefully a useful one.

In short, iPDF is a simple online text editor for creating and distributing PDFs. The editor provides access to common and useful formatting features with the touch of a button. iPDF also supports all valid HTML for advanced formatting. You can quickly preview your work in a new window, or email the finished PDF to an email address of your choice. As of now, the application is meant to be used in portrait mode.

This program is very young and is sure to have some bugs. If you have any comments or suggestions, please feel free to email me!

Thanks!

I'd like to add support for Word (.doc) files as well. I imagine more people would find use in creating Word files they can later edit.

you seen gOffice?
http://goffice.com/

not that there isn't room for both apps.

arn

I've used gOffice, but I wanted to create something that had more common formatting features that were easy to use. gOffice does not currently support any text formatting features, whereas iPDF has easy to use buttons for:

Bold, Italic, Underline, Header, List Item, New Paragraph, Right Alignment, Center Alignment, Justified Text, Undo

Beyond that any valid html can be used with iPDF, giving you the ability to do tables, change fonts, colors, sizes, etc.
