Ordered myself a 12 pro but my last 3 have been max size... can phone be used and returned in within 30 days if I decide the pro is just too small & I order the max Nov 6th or is that only for unused items? Site is a bit confusing with their 14day/30day... used/unused policies...

14 days. However online orders gives you additional 14 days to actually return it but you must start the return process on day 14. after that the return process link is gone.

Make sure do by 13th day. Had to jump thru hoops returning on 14th even though was within return period.
