iPhone sale; how-to, download text-messages, pictures.

Is there a good app for downloading all my old stuff from my phone?

Also, when I hit reset is everything deleted from my phone? I´m selling it and I don´t want people to find personal pics.

Download to what?
Do you have a Mac or a Windows computer? iTunes could be used to back up most items (not sure about text messages).
Are you getting a new iPhone or are you going to a different OS?
Are you not using iCloud backup?

Yes, when you erase/reset your phone, everything is deleted.

Photos can be saved to iCloud or to computer by syncing it with iTunes.
For text messages, there are 3rd party applications that you can purchase (just search). I won't recommend one because I've never used one.
