Well, you know that is what the iPhone 12 is rumored to offer? A regular iPhone 12 in the 5.4" size with edge to edge.
Your thread will confuse people because there is an actual rumor that an SE+ is in the works. The new one they just issued in a + size.
I am with you though, the 5.4" edge to edge would be a great phone. The SE (2020) isn't that much smaller in physical height than the X, but it weights nearly 30 grams less. That is huge. Also, being a 4.7" screen most can reach across it way easier.

So you want it to be cheaper than the just released SE. That's not going to happen.
I can’t see them releasing a cheap iPhone with the new design. That would take away sales from the iPhone 11, and that’s already at a great price for what it offers.
You’ll have to wait around and see IF there is a 5.5” iPhone SE. But keep in mind the size of that will pretty much be bigger in size than the X, Xs, and 11 Pro. It’s a Max model with an old design.

You'll see that SE in 4-5 years when the 5.4 12 has been replaced with a new form factor and the body and most of it's internals can be used for a budget phone.
P.S. You really should remove the + from the title of the thread as it's misleading
y cant they release SE Plus with 8+ externals and new internals as like SE? I would love to get that

Rumor thus far is production for the SE Plus is delayed but it's still getting released.
SE+ launch is coming. I'd actually be interested in that one. I like the SE devices but just don't want the smaller screen. I'd love to see an 8+ with updated internals and a larger battery. That could be a great phone and one that looks like we are definitely getting soon.
