iPhone 14/Plus iPhone showing as a question mark in music app and in the sync and finder bar it shows as a document icon.

I have recently upgraded from a 12 to 14 and did the set up new phone where the data syncs across between the phones. But I have plugged my 14 into my Mac and all of music has now been wiped off and the icon is showing as a document not a phone (see pic) I also have a phone with a question mark on it at the top of music app when I go to sync settings. I also cannot sync over WiFi as the phone doesn’t show up when not plugged in the cable.
