iPhone 7/Plus iPhone speaker dont work

Hi, I have a problem with my iPhone 7.
Down speaker dont work, all sound comes from ear speaker. (Music, ringing..) but when I disconnect ear speaker, down speaker work and sounds comes from down speaker.
Where is a problem? Thank u

When you say ear speaker do you mean headphones?

No, I think speaker next to camera. Down speaker and up speaker to ear

How would you disconnect the ear speaker?
Do you mean that you open the phone case, and disconnect the internal speaker?

Yes, I open phone and if disconnect ear speaker, down speaker works.

I was going to suggest a stuck/faulty headphone jack, but your iP7 doesn't have that...
But, do wired earbuds/headphones work OK? I know you need either Lightning connector phones, or a lightning to headphone adapter to test that.
