iPhone 14 Pro Max iPhone upgrade program

Hi,

I just paid off my iPhone 14 pro max from the iPhone upgrade program. (I upgraded to the 15 pro Max)

trade in kit shipped

but how can I get this phone removed from the iPhone upgrade program since I already paid off the device

anybody knows about this?

Since you've paid off the former device, you can at that point turn in your device for another one. The installment plan has the remaining 12 months paid and you can start new plan.

As soon as Apple receives your trade-in and records in the system, Citizens would get notified and your old phone loan is closed.
