Will cost $150’or there abouts. I like the phone but should I just wait for iPhone 14? Opinions? I think the x design is classic and the phone design really has t changed since then. was waiting for iPhone 14

If you can wait for the 14, I would wait it out and put a case on the X. It’s almost April, so just a few more months.

Get a case and pretend it’s not broken. It’s not worth it for the iPhone X.

Also on a positive note starting with the iPhone 12 (Maybe 11?) the back glass is much easier to replace and only $29 if you have AppleCare. Just a consideration when you get your new phone

$150 is a bit too much.

When a drop that big happens, it often damages the phone's PCB and tears off soldering pads between the signal and processing logic boards. This results in cell signal problems and other weird issues.

The only reason it got easier is because the replace the whole chassis. All they use from your damaged phone is the display, logic board and a couple other components

I really don’t care how they did it but rather that they did it. I’ll pay $29 over $99 any day of the week!
