iPhone iPhone XS battery decline

Bought my XS exactly 1 year ago, when it was new the battery would last me consistently 5h on screen, about 2,5h in day(high brightness) 2,5h night.
These days I see battery of 2,5h of usage.
My usage / apps is absolutely the same. And the software as well, I’m still on iOS 13.4.1.
Only changes I made are:
- Enabled Apple Pay.
- I’m always on 3G.
- I use a VPN.
Battery health is 87% iOS 90% coconut battery.
I don’t get it, has the battery gone and the indicator just doesn’t show it? Perhaps the features I enabled kill the battery? I’m getting exactly half the battery life!
Did you guys have a similar experience with the XS?

Update: last 15% went so fast, barely ordered an Uber at 1%, battery died 2,5 hours screen on.
I’m replacing the battery as soon as possible, calling Apple tomorrow to set an appointment.
