It's too low, been this way for a long time. I've had iPhones for ages and have 2 currently, so I know it's not my imagination. I called Apple support and they had do a factory reset, erasing all the contents. It didn't help. I was told to take it in for service. Before I pay a bundle, I figured I'd ask here. Oddly, the only mode that I can hear okay (and just okay) is when using my hearing aids. The volume on the other end is too low as well and I have to speak loudly.

Thanks for any suggestions.
