Resolved Iphoto export help please

When I get the info on iphoto library it shows 123 GB but when I select all in iphoto it displays 16,275 items and only 100GB size.
So what is the 23 GB's ? am concerned as am exporting all photos as may move to lightroom 4.

Have already tried Phoshare, but then I only got 50 GB and no RAW images.

Looks like I have found my answer 18 GB is in Previews another 2.3 GB in Thumbnails.
Pity Phoshare didn't export my RAW images as would prefer to have exported them organised.
