iPHUC is not working

Ok I am trying to get iPHUC installed on my PowerBook G4 with Tiger version 10.4.11. I am trying to install iPHUC version 7.4.2 and when I unzip the download, I get the iPHUC program. When I click on it, it opens up terminal and gives me this message:

I do not have my iPhone plugged in and I have tried stopping the process "iTunesHelper" but that did not help.
