Apple will also reportedly announce a partnership with all of the major music labels to launch a new music download service that distributes files in a locked MPEG-4 AAC format that all iPods and new versions of iTunes will be able to unlock.

That doesn't mean we can't burn the songs does it or do you simply burn from in iTunes? Does Toast read and burn ACC files?
