my menu button won't function so it is impossible to reset or move up. I reset the iPod from iTunes but it didn't help. the volume acts weird sometimes like it won't go up or down . Also before it was acting slow in some areas trying to use the iPod so I don't know. Should I just get an New or like new one or is there an easy fix?
