I have an Ipod touch that I lost for about a year (my house is a disaster area), and after I finally found it, I could no longer remember the password. Well, after trying to unlock it for awhile, I appear to have completely disabled it. The screen says "iPod is disabled. Connect to iTunes". I tried this, but it didn't work, because the last computer I synced the device with crashed a couple months back and had to be replaced. I know that I can restore the device, but I'll lose all of my data, some of which is irreplaceable and fairly sentimental.

Is there anything I can do to re-enable my iPod and keep my data? I'm at my wits end on this problem. If anyone knows, please, please help me!
