Hi there,

I have an old iPod Touch who has failed at Restore. What can I do? I love this device and I still wanna use it.

Now, everytime I start my iPod, everytime will enter in iTunes(like in picture).

Then, I try to restore with iTunes but, everytime there was a problem downloading software(like in picture).

Please help me!

Might be a problem with Apple's hosting servers for old firmware. Try downloading the software for your model (Looks like a 1st gen touch) from this site: https://ipsw.me and then hold the Shift key when you click Restore in iTunes and browse for the IPSW file you just downloaded.
