I'm new to forums and this is my first post.
Recently a rumor was posted about the possibility of Apple working on a Nintendo Switch style gaming console. In my humble opinion Apple can make iPod touch a good gaming console by following upgrades:

- A14 Bionic
- 4GB RAM (at least)
- Big chin and head to easily hold the device for gaming.
- Headphone jack (must for gaming)
- 6 to 6.5" screen (but not narrow as iPhone 12 series, rather wide as 7/8 Plus).
- Thickness doesn't matter. It could be 10mm+ thick to home at least 4000 mAh battery (because battery would be an important factor).
- No need for fancy multiple cameras.
- LCD Display (like iPhone 11, Apple has good LCDs)
- Multiple colors (like iMac? iPad Air?)
- Aluminium body all over, no need for wireless charging.
- USB-C (for connecting to external displays)
- Third parties can develop MFi certified controllers.
- $299-349?
