IPOT to PC

I want to restore a jailbroke IPOT to factory settings but have some files on there that I want to transfer to my mac. Does anyone know how to do this??

Actually, I've found some software for macs that will do what I want. If anyone else is wanting to do this, try iPhoneDrive.
