Only displays a black background and blue links, no black text. Looks very strange. I've reported the issue.
I'm using the 10.14 Beta (18A314k) on an iMac (Retina 5K, 27-inch, Late 2015).
I thought it might be a glitch related to dark mode, so I tried turning it on. but same thing.

Update: after restarting, the issue still remains on the "all" tab, though entries display normally if you go through individual tabs (English, Wikipedia, etc). It's an annoyance to flip through them and it was nice having them altogether under the "all" tab. I'm guessing (hoping) this will be fixed in a future release. I know dictionary has never been a huge priority for Apple, since it took them 2-3 years to fix that major search field bug.

All looks good now since updating to 18A326h. Looks like they also changed the Dictionary's font too.
