Is it allowable to set up interval tracking for our Airtags for use in a map route?

Just wondering if it allowable to set up tracking for our Airtags or is that against the Terms of service agreement if there is such a thing?

It's easy enough to collect the data every minute or what ever interval you want it and map the route of the tag but was not sure if this is legal?
