Pls can you help me with the genuinity of my iPhone XS Max I got on the used market the battery section says degraded service and still no maximum capacity is shown that field is blank like a dash there but when I checked the iPhone battery cycle count it read 69 and it still last a day use as would a good battery I asked the seller he claims battery was not change pls even though I think it was changed why would the service degraded battery just not go

Aftermarket batteries won’t show up on the battery health data. They’re likely missing an Apple proprietary embedded chip.
