Hello. Is it worth upgrading my iPhone 7 from 13.13 to the latest version of iOS? As a matter of fact 13.1.3 is going pretty well but I still want to ask for a second opinion

I would. I've not seen any changes in battery life, and things are working ok in 13.2.3, definitely less buggy than any of the 13.1 versions.

It seems that most are not really seeing anything that would be worse with 13.2.3. Whether or not someone in particular would have that same type of experience or not is a somewhat different question that no one can really answer.

Does Smart Invert work in 13.2.3? While it’s enabled:
- does enabling Zoom Low Light filter still make it dimmer?
- does enabling Reduce White Point make it dimmer (or is it still buggy and makes it brighter)?
- is the keyboard while typing in Safari forms light instead of dark?

Thank you.

At this point, no use going to 13.2.3. Just wait a little while more for 13.3. I have a 7 and the beta 13.3 works smoothly on it. The release should be equally good if not slightly better.

Are the various Mail problems fixed on 13.X yet? I've held off upgrading from 12.X b/c Mail is probably the most critical app on the phone for me ... and I'm not enthused w/my other options.

Nope, not yet. Things are gradually getting better, but it's far from bug-free at the moment.

I'm getting a lot of bugs, iOS 13.1.3 worked flawlessly
That's rather odd. Doesn't seem like there have been much in the way of people not experiencing any issues in something like 13.1.3 and then seeing a bunch of them in 13.2.3. Perhaps a bad install and might be worth reinstalling?

A lot of issues I was having went away with 13.2.x, and I personally haven't had any new issues/bugs/problems crop up. OTOH, as said above, 13.3b3 seems to be very good on most people's devices, and 13.3b4 is now out, so if you're happy where you are, waiting a short while for 13.3 is probably reasonable. If it matters, you won't be able to roll back if you don't like 13.2.3

I am still with 12.4.1 XR. Is it worth to upgrade now? The thing that I am worried the most is the Carplay. I have Toyota. No issue with the Carplay on 12.4.1.
