iPhone 13 Pro Is my iPhone findable when off?

When powering off the device it used to say something like - IPhone will be Findable after power off. Until a few days ago and i have no idea why it disappeared. Is it still findable? Are this the only settings i need to check?

If you turned the toggle on, the last known location is stored for 24hrs after the battery has been depleted.

Find my network is the toggle that finds it while off. But my question is why is not showing the message when i try to power off or restart it. 🤔
