My phone has been having terrible reception, everything is loading very slowly and quick battery draining. Also these apps appeared. Anyone know what this is or how I find out if my phones/Iclouds compromised? Any help is much appreciated, thanks.

Not hacked, but either your storage capacity is very full or there's gone something wrong with an update.

what about having an unknown desktop in my devices list?
Bruh…
It will happen whenever you connect to a PC that has iTunes on it. I have multiple of those entries.
Dunno if you or your friend have PC that also has iTunes.

Rule of thumb: hackers would NOT let you know your device is being hacked.

Unlikely to do with your phone being hacked in my opinion. Erase it and change your passwords and see if there is a change.
