iPad Is no one having issues with the Apple productivity apps?

Since iOS 11, I have been experiencing problems with, in particular, Numbers, which gets a fair bit of use. It works for a while, then it becomes dead in the water. No files appear in the files list, and where they are visible in “Recents”, they cannot be opened. Once this condition arises, it affects Pages, GarageBand, and at least one non-Apple app (InkPad). In order to fix the problem, I have to restart the iPad (Air 2), which usually works.

Has anyone else encountered this?

There was an update to that app - this week I think. Have you installed that update? I'm not having a problem with it.

Yes I did. I have no updates pending. The issue persists.
