iPad Is security of iPadOS same as iOS?

Hi!

I tried find something about security of new iPadOS but I was not able find anything. I am curious if is iPadOS same safe against viruses and malware as was/is iOS? Or is now possible get malware/virus into Ipad when I have installed new iPadOS instead iOS?

iOS and iPadOS are essentially the same. iPadOS has extra design features to utilize the tablet interface, but it’s really still iOS.
