Carrier Is T-Mobile Tablet MAX plan truly unlimited ? Also is it only allow streaming up to 1080p or 4k too ? (I know no screen supports 4k but I don't care)

It sounds too good to be true. It doesn't appear to be truly unlimited, especially for 4K streaming.
