I just read Wired's review stating that when comparing the wide lens in both the 11 and 11 Pro, that the Pro takes better images. Is this true? I thought they were exactly the same. Has anyone found side by side comapraions shots between the 11 and 11 Pro lenses?

I don’t think it’s suppose to. Maybe their test unit was subpar?

Curious about this too.
Just saw The Verge's review and they used an 11 pro picture in the 11 review.

Based on reviews, it appears that the 11 Pro has a much better camera, which is to be expected.

Wow, that article is interesting and would be somewhat concerning to iPhone 11 purchasers who highly value the camera (if found to be accurate). Wired stated that not only ultra wide photos, but standard photos, portrait mode, and night mode are "noticeably" better on the Pro. Yikes.

If you read the Verge review for 11, he points out that they are identical except for the telephoto lens and they are using the photos interchangeably in their reviews.
